Default A Dark night, a fell night, a brew night

Just started up my BrewperBowl! Making a coffee cream stout, that I have attempted a recipe for. Wish me luck!

so far so good. No real hitches, and it is fementing nicely going into Day#2 at about 3-3 per second now. Smelled great with the DME/Sugar/Espresso slurry that I mixed up to throw in at the end of the boil. I am going to test it at day 6 to see what the progress is in terms of the flavors that I am trying to get.

It's our cat. My wife rescued it from a shelter. When I was putting the recipe together, he kept attacking me. After he got a size 12 express to the other side of the room, he got pissed and attacked more.
