If you wanted a rice based beer we have several offerings produced in America.
That is a slogan, too bad I failed out of Asian lauguages in school to understand what the rest of the bottle says

I'm pretty sure it's not a rice-based beer. In fact I don't think it has any rice or corn in it.
I studied Japanese, not Chinese, but can read many of the characters on the bottle.
I'm pretty sure it says something like 100% pale malt. I dunno...the characters are "yellow", "gold", (some character I don't know), "barley".
