Default Beer brunch

Sitting here at Cambridge Brewing Co in Masss... Having brunch...

Pork flesh, fowl ova, spud starch fried in butter with onions, fresh spent grain bread with salted-cow lipids, and... of course... A Charles River porter.

Mimosa's have NOTHING on the beer brunch!

(pork flesh and fowl ova mysteriously disappeared before the picture)

Prior to the porter was a pint of cask conditioned, hand-pulled Pale Ale (Dry hopped with Chinook + Columbus)

my favorite beer brunch is at Wolff's Biergarten. A half liter of Warsteiner Dunkel, 2 eggs over easy, bratwurst, and German potato pancakes.
