SWMBO picked up white house apple juice from concentrate. Will this be alright to use?

I guess so if it is 100% apple juice. Be sure to let it come to room temp before you add any yeast though. It might take a day depending on the temp of your tap water.

Thanks Ed... The juice is not concentrated but is from concentrate in bottles.

Forgot... it is 100%

I bought us a bottle of commercial (German-made) apfelwein yesterday. It smelled of a spontaniously fermented beer, and tasted very bland and watery. Not a rewarding combo. It was only 5.5%, so I guess it wasn't a huge surprise. Total waste of cash.

I'm going to have to look into the real recipe soon.
