I got a call today from, I believe Ron. After seeing my previous post, he wanted to let me know they do sell individual grommets and they do indeed have lactose in stock. Also, they were out of one of the types of hops I ordered. He asked me If I wanted to wait for the hops, or have him ship seperately when they come in. He also said he'd just throw the lactose and grommets in, no charge

To receive a call about my order and be given options on what to do wasn't what I was expecting. To me, it says that their customers' satisfaction is their primary concern. I'll definitely be ordering from love2brew again, hopefully in person next time.

Stopped by the shop today, and left with a complete starter kit and an IPA recipe kit that Mark put together on the spot. He also spent nearly.an hour going over the basics of brewing and explaining how to use the gear. I'll definitely be back for more!

Hey Guys,
Just received my 1st order from y'all. Everything looked great and I loved the prompt delivery. Placed my order Sunday, in the mail on Monday, and at my house in VA Wednesday. Can't ask for better. I'll be back for more!

One suggestion, provide a prompt on your website when a buyer adds liquid yeast to their basket if the buyer would like an ice pack too. I forgot to and it was pretty warm out when my delivery got here. My fault for not remembering but it would be helpful.

I stopped into Love2Brew last night for the first time and thought it was a great place. The location is super easy to get to and they have a nice setup. I got the tour and some details on future plans and it sounds like it's only going to get better. Only picked up a new auto-siphon (1/2" is amazing compared to to 5/16"), some yeast, and some hops this time but I'll definitely be back!

Stopped by the store today, I have to say these guys place the utmost emphasis on incredible customer service. Even though I was only buying $20 worth of stuff Mark and Ron both took the time to get to know me and expressed genuine interest in my brewing. Their customer service and prices blow Brewers Apprentice out of the water. Thanks guys.

Hey, I was curious about East Coast yeast info. I don't do facebook so you guys seem to be the place to get it. Do you have any info you can share about the strains? Something like on Mr. Malty? I.E. it seems to be accepted the Newark strains are old Ballentines. Any info about the others? Is there a release schedule? Waiting list? I don't want to miss out on the 10 or 12 again.

Just received my first order from Love2Brew. I must say good prices, free shipping (was over $75), and everything arrived in original manufacturer packaging! Free bumper sticker with a nice personal note, was a very nice and appreciated touch. We did have item(s) damaged in shipping and Ron handled quickly and was willing to do anything to make us happy. We will definitely be ordering here again!
