it won't let me put 50lb american pale malt(uncrushed) in my cart. keeps saying I need to pick my crush option, but I dont see a place to. You guys ship bulk grain on the same 75+ free thing?

lou2row 10-23-2011 09:29 PM

Your site won't let me pick uncrushed and put it in the basket.

Love2BrewCrew 10-24-2011 01:16 PM

Hey guys thanks for the feedback; working on this now. Will PM you when it's done.

The 50lb Bulk Grain is not subject to the Free Shipping. With items as heavy and dense as a sack of Grain we wouldn't be able to offer them at the price we do with free shipping.

Thanks for feedback. We'll get back to you asap.

Love2BrewCrew 10-24-2011 08:25 PM

Fixed!

We sent each of you a PM with a little thank you!

Thanks! Placed an order last night. Went very well. Looking forward to it!

My only issue was that when doing my order, the "https" with the padlock didn't come up. You had a little icon showing it was safe, but I think that is the first time I have done this without the https.

Lou,

Thanks for the order. Our servers are hosted by one of the largest and most well known internet service companies. I am going to look into the https:// issue as any concern of yours is a concern of ours.

Once again thanks for the order!

Doesn't matter who hosts your servers - your site is currently unsecured. Not saying you haven't purchased an SSL certificate, but if you have - it's not active. Heads up.

Hey guys thanks for the feedback once again.

I called my web server and although I had purchased it it was never implemented. Should be done soon.

Really appreciate the feedback!!!

Some interesting articles. I'd like to pay you guys a visit when I"m in the area. I'm in Staten Island, but visit Joisey frequently. Seems like a good bunch of dudes to chat with, and maybe buy some wares. Looking forward to seeing your site expand, especially into kegging, and see some of those prices come down. I certainly wish you the best of luck, as it's hard to find a HBS anywhere near a 32 minute (as per mapquest) drive from my house. Hopefully I'll see you soon. Good luck.
