I can't speak about the tap handles, but I did buy one of the custom signs for my home brewery. John did an amazing job, as my logo has a lot of detail. He even took the time to clean up my image and sent me a copy of the file for future use. The sign shipped the day after I placed the order and it looks great! He's a great guy to work with, and the quality of is work is outstanding.

I ordered two tap handles just the other day. Turns out, just as they were about to be shipped, I realized I ordered the wrong wood combination. I believe the package had already been given to the post office, however, when I emailed bestbrewtap about my mistake, they IMMEDIATELY retrieved the package, made new handles and have already put them back in the mail.
