New East Midlands Ale Yeast is here!
This is a British style ale yeast with a very dry finish. It has medium to low fruit and fusel alcohol production. East Midlands Ale is a good top fermenting yeast strain and is well suited for top cropping. This yeast will work with many styles, especially pale ales, ambers, porters, and stouts.
Flocculation: Medium to High
Ideal Fermentation Temperature: 66-70 F (19-21 C)
