You can just seal them in a food saver and then freeze them.

Then use them as you would wet hops?

Yes. I chop them up good and wet hop with them.

Thanks Ed, for offering these to the homebrew community! Just another example of going above and beyond. I know for a fact these hops will be a HUGE pain to repackage and am glad your crew is willing to go through the work to get this done. Your flat rate shipping is also the best on this.

I'm glad I live in Yakima. I can't tell you how many times I've driven down the road during harvest and there are vines that have fallen off the trucks everywhere.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting a couple of the Carpenter brothers (they own the proprietary rights to Citra and Simcoe). Good people.
