A nice hoppy wheat would be great. Feel free to wait a few weeks when I'll have the extra cash

Subscribed btw

Or a big winter beer to brew now, to stash until Xmas dinner.

So we have a request for a nice hoppy wheat beer in a couple of weeks, and a big beer for winter nights. That should not be a problem. I am thinking a good old American Barley Wine would fit the bill nicely.

Thanks for the suggestions,

Ed

How close is Blonde to something like Allagash White Ale? My wife has been begging me to make her something like that, since all I make are "big beers" in 9%+ ABV range.

P.S. Ed, you are baaaaaaad for my wallet and bad for my reputation :-) I have been getting 10 folks in my startup drunk every Friday happy hour with my homebrews.

I am looking to do a American Barleywine for the next recipe. I unfortunately am working on acquiring the needed stock for this big recipe. I may have it up early next week.

Sorry,

Ed
