Default We are moving! 18,000 sq.ft. Austin Homebrew Supply

Our lease is up on our current location at the end of February 2010. We have secured a new location that is 3 times larger than our current location.

We will be on the east side of metric almost at research. Across from the back parking lot of Goodwill. We are the first building past Pep Boys on the east side of the street.

We are trippling in size this time. We have found that doulbling every 5 years wasn't working. We were lucky to find the ideal building 1.9 miles away, closer to 183.

Congrats Forrest! That's quite an accomplishment. Your customer service, followed by pricing is what earned my business.

Okay, Ive seen 2 local companies do this and 2 on the net lately that I know of do this and everyone of them raised the prices due to the added overhead! I like the prices you currently have, is this going to change now with this added overhead? Sorry to ask but that quite a expansion! In my opinion there are only a few of you's that carry most of the products at a good price and I dont want to lose another!

It would be awesome if you could expand your selection of hard-to-find malts.

No no no don't take what I said wrong I was just curious if you were going to expand selection with the added space or just have more space for your current selection.

Please don't curse the good news. Just 2 miles away, the rent is much cheaper per foot. 3 times the size but only 2 times the rent. This will allow me to buy in bigger bulk, not have to hire anyone extra because of the room to be much more effecient. This move allows me to lower costs not raise prices. I forsee many prices going down.

Forrest
