Today, get $4 - $15 off Austin Homebrew Supply's Stainless Steel Racking Canes.

Ultimate Stainless Steel Racking Cane
The ultimate 1/2" racking cane is made from electropolished semiconductor grade 316 stainless steel. This is a much higher grade of steel than any food grade stainless steel tubing, and is resistant to all chemicals used by homebrewers. The electropolished interior is easy to sanitize since it is difficult for anything to stick to its mirror-like finish.

1/2" (30" Long)
Reg. $29.99 ... Sale $14.99

Stainless Steel Racking Cane
The BrewVint brand stainless steel racking cane has the same external dimensions as the common plastic 3/8" cane, but its inner diameter is 50% larger for a faster, smoother flow. It can be sanitized by heating. The racking cane includes a tip to prevent the transfer of yeast, and it uses 3/8" hose.

3/8" (24" Long)
Reg. $11.99 ... Sale $7.99
3/8" (30" Long)
Reg. $14.99 ... Sale $9.99

These deals are for Tuesday, July 6th, only.

A little plug.

I bought SS canes from Austin about a year or more ago and I absolutely LOVE them. No more cracked or broken canes for me!

Any chance of ever having a 1/2" straight one?

Just buy a curved one and cut the curved arm off. If you cut it right you can also use the bend as a dip tube with a compression fitting.

will a copper tube cutter cut stainless?

RiverCityBrewer 07-07-2010 01:12 AM

I've used one before, it just takes a little longer.

I cut the diptubes on my corny with a tube cutter no problem.
