Sorry lower 48 states only. If the website said $500 then that is how much I would be paying UPS. As you can see it is not possible for me to give away $500 on a $255 order.

It will be automatic. We charge the orders by hand so even if it still says $7.99 it will be free flat rate shipping. There is a setting on the website to run this offer but I am not sure if the function works.
