The fresh mozzarella is great. It really is that easy. That is me making a batch in the video. I highly recommend making a double batch with 2 gallons of milk. More than two gallons and it is too much to do by hand. It takes the same amount of time to make a double batch and you have 2x the cheese.

I'm on the fence, I have been meaning to learn to make cheese. Luckily I have the night to sleep on it...

Could you please answer my question?
How big are the stainless steel pots in the set on your website?
It would be nice if you could also add that information to the item description on the website.

Hmmm, how big are those pots?
Edit: Whoops, didn't see that you asked that question.
