The top link is my shirt and the bottom link is their ripoff.
On my website click on the enlarge image and you will see my URL on the hydrometer:
http://www.austinhomebrew.com/popup_product_images.php?pID=12423
The first online purchase of the shirt was on January 14 2010.

It's just a t-shirt design. Unless it's been trademarked/patented/copyrighted then it's fair game. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. I don't think I'd be upset about it, surprised maybe, but not upset.

If you didn't copy protect your design, chances are you're SOL here...
While the design is neat, and appeals to brewers at large, I don't think it's something to get really upset over. If they're not willing to give you some credit for the original design, then I don't think there's much you can do other than scream from the bell-towers.
Next time you have a unique shirt design, copy protect it if you care enough about it. Otherwise, don't get upset when someone else starts producing 'knock-offs' of it...

Thanks for the link. Stealing the idea was going to happen. But stealing the exact design is not cool. Oh well.

I realize that there is not much I can do about it. Just a slimy thing to do.

These things happen a lot... I can find a high res image of something and then design the shirt on zazzle and BAM... I think I just may get one of ur shirts.... its the first I have seen of this and love the idea...

The slimiest thing is the obscuring of the name/web address on the hydrometer. If you zoom in on the stolen designs you'll see clearly that something has been blurred out. Wow.
