Can you do a shorter basket so it doesn't hit my electric element? I'm thinking about 15" to the legs but I'll get an exact measurement later.

I just bought one of the 8-5/8" OD baskets from Stainless Brewing. I too have an all electric brewery and had to trim the basket. They really are VERY easy to trim with kitchen shears or paper scissors. I think I took 2-3/4" off mine and it took me all of 5 minutes.

As Huaco said, they're very easy to trim if you want to make sure it's exactly what you want. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, we can do it for you no problem. Just note it in the comments upon checkout the height you would like.

There's been quite a few refunds due to shipping overages but I think I found the fix so we should be good now.

Thanks Zach. Was really confused when I saw $48+ change shipping for USPS. Ordered UPS shipping upon seeing the quote. Appreciate the refund and the switch to USPS with the correct shipping cost. To me this is yet another example of top notch customer service with this vendor. I am a retired sanitary stainless pipefitter/welder and can truly appreciate the craftsmanship involved with small bore welding. Cannot wait to see what you come up with next.

Wow, I put my order in on Monday morning and it was in my mailbox yesterday. It's getting a nice hot bath in some PBW and will be ready when it comes time to dry hop my Zombie Dust clone. Thanks Zach!

I haven't followed your products at all before this, but looking at the picture the first thing that popped into my head was BIAB with the twist of Brew in a Basket. Is this already being done, brew baskets for the mash?
