Default Strainers, Baskets and more!!!!

First off, we want to thank everybody for your support. We're still a very small and new business that's growing fast thanks to you. These strainers and baskets have been a huge hit and have been tough to keep up with the demand. After 6 months of dialing in our raw materials and fabricator we're now back on track we just wanted to say thanks for your patience and support. We do have some great customers!

Now...let's get back on topic! As a lot of members here already know we are supplying strainers and baskets that help keep clean up to a minimum while brewing those big hoppy beers. With over 100 baskets tested, multiple mesh sizes and reviewed we've come to the conclusion that the #40 mesh seems to meet both parties as far as straining and hop utilization goes right in the middle for pellet hops. We offer a few different size options on the strainer size for those who might not be brewing beers that require lot's of hop but still want to keep things clean.

We're very excited to introduce something that's been in the works that will benifit keggers in a huge way! Introducing the Dry Hopper! http://www.stainlessbrewing.com/Dry-Hopper_p_155.html
Skip that extra step and extra clean up racking to your secondary carboy and go straight into your corny keg! These make dry hopping those IPA's a snap! At 3" x 18" these allow plenty of room for not only pellet hops but fruits, wood chips, spices and more. Constructed of all stainless steel with seam welds you'll have comfort knowing this is built to last.

So very nice! I knew I was gonna want at least one of these. My hop spider is about to get another workout next week. You guys do great work. Cheers!

PS. Any chance in the future you could fabricate these for a 2 1/2 or 3 gallon corny?

Thanks! We will be offering a different height option soon that will bring down the price as well but in the meantime these can be trimmed with a pair of scissors with little effort.

What would you suggest as the best method of sterilizing this would be? If this is solid stainless construction with no plastic anywhere, could it be put in a hot oven for about 15 minutes to really get good and sterilized?

All stainless! Whatever method you prefer. I just used Star San last time.
