Doesn't look like he's selling an assembled switching setup, just the bare controller. Doubt you could even get the STC-1000 + enclosure/sockets/etc for $18.50, even wholesale.

If you go to their site and open up the page for the stc-1000 you have a drop down for unassembled or assembled. Assembled is $45.00

Nice! Just bought 2 unassembled. Going to mount one in my kegerator and save the other one for future projects.

They are really easy to build with a socket for both hot and cold. I used a 4 gang plastic box, 5 wire nuts, approximately 1 foot of differently colored 12 gauge wire, 1 duplex plug, and a square type 2 receptacle cover. I did mine really on the cheap.
