I always find it a bit awkward when I see these promotions. Ya know, the "Canadian only" promotions. Reminds me of when vendors advertise "in store only" sales on the internet. I get it, it just seems strange.

It is no different from free shipping to the states, or states only contests. Just this time it is one of the vendors not in America having a promotion...

Maybe that's what makes it sound funny. I've never seen a promotion from a vendor in America saying "Americans only". I'm sure there are restrictiins with shipping to canada, I've just never seen a promotion that said it was limited to Americans.
