Shirron lost the rights to make the faucets to the original patent owner. I have doubts that the original patent owner has the money to manufacture the faucets again and they will just dissapear. So, there willnot be parts for them either. Not like anything can wear out on them.

Seriously, if you want a Ventmatic faucet you should buy soon. They will be completely gone in a couple of months or sooner.

You can buy Perlick forward sealing faucets at Superior Products at a price that is below my cost. So, there is no point for me to sell them.

I work second shift. I get home around midnight and Austinhomebrew's website is never working late at night. I usually buy elsewhere, not because I dislike AHS, but because the website is always down when I have the time to browse.

Any chance this might get fixed sometime, Forrest? It's been like that for months... maybe longer. I can get to the main page, but I can't shop or browse...

I sure could use one of these ... http://www.austinhomebrew.com/product_info.php?products_id=902

I was planning on placing an order for some ingredients this weekend as well and would love an excuse to add that chiller to my order

We have never had a complaint that the website is down at night. We always receive orders overnight. I am frequently on the site at night as well.

Have you tried using Internet Explorer?

+1 to trying IE. Or, if you are using Firefox 3.0b2 (which DID screw up AHS for me), upgrade to 3.0b3 (which works for me).

Of course, if it works for you during the day on the same computer, then... I just dunno.

Thanks for the insights... I'll go find IE and figure out how to download it onto my computer. I hear it works with wine. So we'll see if I can get it up and running..
