Default Question... (2-row vs 6-row specialty grains)

Simple question....

Do you prefer your specialty grains to be made from 2-row grain or 6-row?

Thanks for your input.

Forrest

I'm a 2 row gal. You should make this a poll as that would get more answers and easier to talley.

Which ever is cheaper. If there is no difference in price, I would prefer 2-row. Less husk material and more starch/carbohydrates per kernel in the 2-row.

2 row. Isn't that the standard anyway? I don't think I've ever seen 6-row specialty....

Briess specialty grains are made from 6-row. The standard is 2-row and everyone else uses 2-row to make their grain. I was wondering if people had a preference.
