Is this a brand new hop? I've never used it but am intrigued by the pear and apple. How long is the sale price good?

It is a brand new American hop. The sale will be on for quite some time.

Is there anything near a commercial equivalent of this? I'm tempted to buy and brew this, but I'm really curious exactly what it is!

I added a lb of crystal 40 and a lb of dark munich 10L to this.

Do you think it will turn out okay?
