How do you contact a person that sent a PM but has their account set up not to receive PMs?

Am I wrong, but why should you be able to send them but not receive them?

Strange....Pm a mod...they must be able to PM everybody regardless of their PM settings...how else would they scold someone if they were bad?

Maybe they will pass a "Forrest is trying to reach you" message on to them...

drux_tx sent a private message but when I tried to respond it said that drux_tx doesn't receive private messages.

I think that is up to the users to set up. They can choose to receive email and/or PMs or not. It's strange though that someone would send you a message, but not give you an email or other way to contact them, though.
