Thats right! We are offering a great American wheat beer kit with either Danstar Munich dry or Wyeast 1010 American Wheat liquid yeast. You get to choose your fruit flavoring. Choose from Blueberry, Raspberry or Mango! Fruit flavors are an all natural concentrated fruit flavoring that you add after fermentation.
Extract version is made with DME and steeping grains. Steeping grains are packed in a muslin grain bag perfect for steeping. 5.5 gallon recipe.
All grain recipe is based on a 5.5 gallon recipe at 70% efficiency.
Both recipes come with detailed instructions which may or may not need adjusting to you own brewing style. Both recipes end up right at 5.25 ABV.
