White Labs has partnered with Austin Homebrew Supply to release 4 exclusive yeast strains.

White Labs Austin Homebrew Columbia Ale Yeast WLP299
From the Pacific Northwest, this strain is fruitier than WLP001 with peach/apricot notes and a slightly lower attenuation. This strain has good diacetyl reduction capability.

Attenuation: 70-80%
Flocculation: Medium to High
Temperature Range: 68-78°F
Alcohol Tolerance: 8-12%
