Maybe this is just me, but when I'm browsing a site with the hierarchial structure listed at the top of the page(ie: Products > Equipment > Kits ), I like having the ability to click the different categories to jump back to that section. So if I'm looking at a kit, I can just click "Kits" and jump back to the kits, or click Equipment and go back there, etc.

Again, maybe just me, but when I'm shopping online, if I don't like the layout and functionality of the site I'll usually only shop there once at the most.

decided to proof read your entire site while finishing up at work. here's what I found:

Hydrometer-Test-Jar-14.html:
"14 inch model for use with amost hydrometers both short and long."
(remove 'a' from 'most')

10-Drilled-Rubber-Stopper.html:
"This is the stopper that fitsmost plastic carboys."
(insert space between fitsmost)

Faucet-Adapter.html
"Allows you to hook anything with a garden hose fitting to your utility or kitchen sink like you carboy and bottle washers and wort chillers."
(change 'you carboy' to 'your carboy')

Five-Star-Star-San.html
"UNAFFECTEDBY EXCESSIVE ORGANIC SOILS "
(add space after unaffected)

(decided to consolidate into a single post...sorry mods, feel free to delete other posts)

I don't seem to be able to find that part of the web store Would be nice to find a one stop shop for homebrewing and.... wait never mind

Seriously now, I had a look around and saw the grainbill number on the ingredients pages, is this so you can have all the grains milled together for a particular recipe? Might want to add a bit of a blurb on that as it is probably a useful tool to use.
Good luck!

Are you targeting mostly online sales or LHBS style brick and mortar sales?

Matt if you hover over the blue ? you will see an explanation. And yes it is exactly what you described. All ingredients added to grainbill #1 will be crushed and bagged together or just bagged together if you select no crush. I did it that way to minimize clutter on the page.

iaefeb I see what you are saying. I expect people to select 10 feet from the drop down menu and add 1 to cart for a 10 foot hose. 2 for 2 10 foot sections etc. I will put a note there on how to select just like I did on grains.

Strat I am looking at mostly online sales for now. If we can justify it, I would love to open a brick and mortar shop soon.
