On the one hand, the system looks neat.
On the other hand, I'm struggling to see the advantage over standard BIAB or some of the other e-biab options (pico-brew, high gravity) which are less expensive.
The video claims that clearer beer is the advantage with 2 vessel vs 3 vessel, but HBT has previously debunked the BIAB= cloudy beer thing.
The bottom line to me is that this system is great if you trust Blichmann above other product makers (not an unreasonable position, I'll admit, assuming one has the discretionary income to be sensitive. Blichmann makes great gear.) or if you want to convert your current Blichmann 3-vessel set up into something simpler.
