The question aboutthe warranty has been asked in at least 3 different threads, all of which Forrest has posted in, but there has never been an answer to this questions.
I am starting to think it carries a 30/30 guarantee, (30 days or 30 miles, which ever happens first).

Forrest said they were made in the USA in another thred. I'm up for cutting the guy some slack. With AHBS and opening a new brewery, he maybe just a little busy to patrol the HBT to answer questions. I'm sure when he has time, he will respond. I've had nothing but the best of service from AHBS and I bet if you called the or emailed them directly they would answer you questions.

I just resent my original email (from 10/13) to them in an attempt to get an answer to the warranty question.
If I hear anything from my second request, I will post their answer.
As for being too busy to answer questions in this forum...Maybe Forrest should put somebody in charge of answering the questions at least in the Vendor section. Being busy is a great thing, and venturing into new projects (brewery) is exciting, but it should not come at the expense of customer service. Not answering the question when it shows up in a different thread is understandable. Not answering the question when it is posed in the thread that HE STARTED TO ADVERTISE THE PRODUCT, is simply bad customer service. It has been more than a week since the warranty question was posted in this thread - the same day that the thread was started. Seeing that he has had time to post in other threads, I am sure he has had time ample time to post a reply in this thread.
