I ordered 8 used. I had one poppet problem and a valve problem. One of the ebay sellers. I got two of them that had welds done to fix damaged areas (he sold it untouched from the pespi people, still had the pepsi zip ties on it)
I am thinking of replacing them next year with new ones. So in summary, buying new ones maybe a good thing.
I know next tax return I am going to buy some new ones.

That the thing, when you get a couple parts into the used kegs you are knocking at the door of a new one.

Yeah, my LHBS sells good used ones for $65 and new ones for $99 - I'm thinking about taking the plunge for some new ones next time I need them.
Birdman - you do any local pickup options? I see you are in Cincy as well

Lots of chatter on here lately about these kegs. Just to clarify - we are selling the 5 gallon AEB, Italian kegs at $104.99. No coupons needed.
