I might not have had the typical experience with beverage elements, but I ordered 4 kegs from them, and one arrived with a gas-in post damaged (top lip was bent) beyond repair(I tried). I sent them a message and never got a response(its been 4 months).
I finally said screw it and picked up a new one from the LBHS, but am VERY disappointed they wouldn't even give me a response.
