This is doable. It wouild be a little less expensive for you to convert this to a black and white drawing that shows exactly how you'd like this lighted. I'd light the barley, MT logo, name and outer ring around the whole thing. I'd consider line drawing around the pyramid and turkey. Since this is largely square, I'd select the 11.5 x 11.5 inch sign.
