Wish you had Simcoe still but bought some Columbus and Willamette. I'm never over that way but hello from Ohio guys

Mine arrived promptly and looks well-packed. I didn't read most of this thread, so like others before, I was a bit surprised to see that the spalt select was 1.5% AA. Guess I'll be using the BG for bittering and holding the spalt select for the aroma!
