The Complement is a kit I sell that replaces the piece of tubing the Ontario bottler comes with. It consists of a food grade 316 SS bottling wand, 2 food grade white rubber stoppers for 12/22/750 mL bottles and screw top growlers, a 2 two foot section of St. Gobain brand medical grade Tygon R-3603 tubing and extra o-rings for the bottler itself. This allows you to fill bottles with less chance of oxidation at serving pressures from your Perlick 525SS or 575SS taps. You can read more about the concept in the Biermuncher I don't need no stinkin' beergun thread, or in the earlier pages of the Bowie Bottler thread (which is sadly now deleted as Bowie lost interest and stopped paying vendor fees).

If you would like one for your Bowie or Ontario bottler, please PM me. Each Complement is tailored for either the Ontario or Bowie Bottler so you will have to let me know which one you want so I don't send you the wrong one. The Bowie ones have pretty much stopped flowing so people are moving over to the Ontario models. I have used both with success and Ontario is able to fill orders fast without a backlog so I wouldn't hesitate going with him if you were waiting on a Bowie one...

The complement is an absolute necessity in my opinion. It makes filling bottles and growlers extremely easy. I bottle all of my beers for competitions with the complement and they always have awesome carbonation and no oxidation. The end setup is much better than the blichman beer gun or the counter pressure filler, all for a fraction of the cost.

I have purchased two of these that need o-ring replacements. Anybody know the part number from McMaster-Carr for these?

Bump for o-ring size. Actual SAE size, not an approximation.
Was loose as a goose in my two perlicks, need to get the next size up o-ring

These are metric o-rings, not SAE/AS568A sized.

6 mm x 2 mm is what I have been spec'ing as the replacement size. I tried AS568A-010 but that's too small. Then I tried -011's and these are too big. The 6x2 are the correct size.

Shameless plug but I include 10 of the correct o-rings with every complement purchase. Just in case you were on the fence about getting one.
