Received mine in the mail today, ordered 1.9.13, not bad for shipping to VA.

I have a one 525SS and two 575SS faucets. The adapter does not really feel snug in any of them. The one 575 which I currently have a keg tapped on will not hold the weight of the adapter and tube, it slides right out...I don't think it seals well enough to prevent beer from going between the faucet and adapter.

Any suggestions

First reported issue and thousands have been sold. Going to be honest my initial thoughts are a anomaly with your faucet with those odds. These are a force fit at .42 with an actual size of .45 (off the top of my head). Sounds like your faucet is out of spec.

I will be happy to have it returned though for a refund.

I think you are right about it being an anomaly with my faucet. The two faucets that I don't have beer hooked up to do feel like there is drag on the o-rings. I guess I was expecting to have to use a little more force since I shoved it in there without lubing the rings. Two of the three faucets may work.

I will chill some bottles and swap beer line/faucets, give it a go this weekend, and report back. Thanks for the reply and offer of a refund

swapped faucets and gave it a try...I like it, thanks! I did add a racking cane with stopper (fit perfectly with the supplied tubing) in an attempt to control the flow a little, it worked well.

7 days post bottling, opened a bottle. Swing top let out a nice popping sound. There was a hazy CO2 cloud on top of the beer. Carbonation level and taste is the same as the draft.

This is a bit different, but works the same. This one has a larger barb on the end and a large part that rests against the spout. The bowie (at least from the videos i have seen) pushes further in the tap. Other than that they do the same thing obviously they both fit the 525ss faucets.

I'm going to be pointing mine to the test tonight. Also you can get the complement from the same guy that makes it for the bowie. He help me get situated and was extremely understanding when he had to resend because I mistakenly had an old address tied to my paypal

So did you get the Complement for the Ontario bottler? If so, how is it working?

I have only sold a few Complements for the Ontario bottler as I had to change a few things around and order some metric o-rings as I am including them gratis for the Ontario bottler. My tests have been positive but I'd love to hear from people who have tested them in the field, so to say...

I still have stock for both setups but it seems that interest in the Bowie bottler is waning as he's been really slow about fulfilling orders, checking in on his thread etc. I don't think I've sold a Bowie Complement in over a month it seems. I used to be shipping them a few times a week.
