Thanks for all of your support. Just a reminder if you need to reach me you can reach me here: forrest@austinhomebrew.com

If you need to reach the store you can reach the store at: info@austinhomebrew.com or 1-800-890-2739

Austinhomebrew doesn't own this forum so it is best to reach me or the store by using the methods above. Send a message directly to me via email if you need a quick response. Or if you need a quick response from the store contact the store.

I have 2 full time people answering emails and phone calls if they come directly to the store. I check my email several times a day. So, this is the best way to get in touch with me or the store.

If you have a question about a product or an order it is best to contact the store at: 1-800-890-2739 or info@austinhomebrew.com not as a privite message on someone else's forum.

If you need to contact me about issue that needs to be resolved you can contact me at: forrest@austinhomebrew.com instead of as a private message on someone else's forum.

Please let me know if there is an issue or problem that I need to know about by contacting me at: forrest@austinhomebrew.com

Thanks for all of your support and understanding.
Happy brewing.

Forrest

I'm assuming this is in response to the posts about the grain mill you recently offered in your store and no response was given regarding warranty until recently. If nott then I suppose its a timely coincidence. So. if you created a post about a product here on someone else's forum why would you expect responses to be addresses any where else? You've chosen this (someone else's forum) as your outlet, you shouldnt be defensive if your not responsive.

All I am saying is if you need to contact me or the store the best way to contact me or the store is to contact me or the store.

I have people private message me on this forum about time sensitive issues (orders) when they should be contacting the store to resolve the issue. Just like you would with any store you buy from. I would really really feel bad if you sent a private message to correct an order and I wasn't able to check the forum that day and the order ships incorrect. Especially when there are people standing by to help if you contact the store.

I want to resolve any problem or issue quickly so contacting me directly lets me know immediately that thare is an email I need to address. The forum does not alert me when someone posts something I need to answer. Help me help you by contacting me directly.

I pay $1200 a year to be on the forum so I can help as often as possible and let you know as soon as I know about new products and if a manufacture has a price increase coming so you can stock up (from any store) before the price goes up. I don't take this lightly. But I will be able to help the quickest if you contact me directly.

I wish I could read every thread on here but I just can't. I come here as often as I can.
I am sure you understand.

Revvy, thanks for the kind words. My health is much better now. I hope everything is fine with you.

Forrest

I too have had pleasant dealings with Austin Homebrew Supply. I took umbrage of the way things were recently handled on this forum. Will it prevent me from buying from them again, absolutely not. In fact I just loaded up on half dozen pounds of hops and it's time to relinquish the grain supply. I'll shop around and find the best deal, it's usually AHBS.
