If I remember the order correctly, it should be pretty good. Maltodextrin makes a big difference in body and head retention with GF beers. I have been helping my uncle with his GF brewing, and we put maltodextrin in all his beers. I haven't tried the rice syrup solids, but we use some brown rice syrup and Belgian Candi Syrup/Sugar for some color and flavor.
