Hey Forrest,

Do you know if UBC works well on Stove Tops after boil overs?

Ordered 2 kits from AHS on Wednesday, dangit. Nice offer, though Forrest. For people like me who don't have a local brewshop to speak of, having you hang out here makes ordering off the web more seem more personal.

I have used PBW for this purpose and it worked well. I have used UBC in place of PBW and see not difference. I think it would work well too. Also if you are making a starter and your boil it until the smoke detector goes off, it works well on the pot so SWMBO doesn't kill you.

haha funny. Thanks for the response. This I'll take this offer on my next order this weekend.

Why is PBW not ringing a bell? I'm gonna feel very dumb when someone reminds me, but jeez its not coming to mind.
