Due to previous comments, and to comply with the "No purchase necessary" laws, Post card needs to be sent in or condition #1.

This should keep everything legal and everyone happy and give everyone an equal opportunity.

Some may think sending a card in is a pita, but as a previous poster correctly pointed out, "It's called laws"; and they are right to point out (to our 30 person on the 10th floor legal department deficient shop) those laws.
