I like the products you offer but, I just placed my first order with you guys and it was shorted one item. I called and the person on the phone said all would be taken care of. I think I see where the problem lay. With a lot of your items, you offer the option to add items within that item ordered as a +. I ordered a better bottle and selected to order the rubber cap as well. The cap did not make it to me in the order. When I looked at the invoice the rubber cap was not invoiced as its own item, it was invoiced below the better bottle and indented.
Whoever was filling orders was probably only looking at the items invoiced and skipped over it.
I have all confidence you will send this to me and plan on ordering from you guys soon... especially with the great kettle prices you offer. Just pointing this out to help your business and all of our future orders. I spread my business out between you and NB and B3 as I like to support all 3 companies.
