My 2cents:

Thanks for considering the Barley Crusher, I appreciate it. If you want, maybe start a thread about it to get others input?

As for hops, the only variety of hops that I want that you do not carry is the East Kent Goldings.

Brewing 2.5 gal batches with a 2gal cooler MLT in my cramped apartment. Pictures coming soon!

Ask me about my Keezer/2.5 gal brew setup!

It's not really that I don't carry the East Kent Goldings by choice. It is that they are not available through regular channels. I have Goldings from New Zealand and the US. They would be very similar. I will try to track down some UK Goldings.

I ordered Pumpkin Spice Ale and Cherry Stout all-grain kits. They arrived yesterday, but no Pumpkin Spice or Cherry flavoring. I just called, and not 5 minutes later get an email that my package is ready for pick-up by UPS. Good Job, AHS!

I've done the extract version. It's a nice brew. I only added the cherry to half, which ended up being a good move. I love the base stout that the cherry is added to. The cherry is OK, but since it's a cherry extract, it tastes a bit off right now, but it's been mellowing out quite well!

Don't mean to hijack, carry on!

Yeah, I understand. Next time I order I'll throw it in the comments and if you guys can do it, awesome. If not, no big deal.

Forrest,

It amazes me that you take this much time & effort to make sure we are well taken care of & satisified. Sorry if that sounds like a porno refrence, but I can assure you, if I'm brewing, its coming from you if my LHBS (2+hrs away) dosen't have, or I don't have the time to get to. It happens pretty often.

Awsome selection, make your own recipies, and this level of cutomer service?

Wow,
just wow.

Cheers,
I just wish Austin wasn't 1K+ miles away!

cheers.
Zac
