Default Customer Service

Let me take this opportunity the let everyone know that as long as you are my customer, I will more than take care of you. If there is ever an issue, please, please, let me know first. There is no need to go on the forum and ask if you should let Austin Homebrew know about it. Of course, let me know about it, first. I can fix problems that I know about. I am here to be the best homebrew store with the best customer service. I have 30 employees so I can't always be on top of everything but if you let me know, I will more than take care of you. Thanks for all of your business and support. Always let me know if you have ideas for me.

Forrest

Word, Forrest. On my very first order from you guys there was a problem with the extract bursting open all over the inside of the box during transit. That kind of first time experience can easily turn a customer away. But the way you guys handled the problem promptly and properly has kept me a loyal customer ever since.

Also the free sample of the cleaner you sent out a while back was nice, too!

Keep up the good work!

I personally, haven't bought anything from your company (yet), but with a commitment to customer service like that, I will be sure to give you a try next time I need to mail order.

Sounds good Forrest. I got my 40 qt pot, starter kit, and Brew Hauler last week in great condition. Great packaging as well. Shipment got there a day earlier than expected. I'm satisfied.

I can't say that I've ever ordered anything from AHS. But because of how you react to people on the boards with concerns I always recommend your site first for anyone who asks about ordering online. The cheap shipping helps too

I cant complain about your service, especially when I placed and order and 4 hours later call up to add to it and it had already shipped. Now that was service. Good work Forrest.

I've been coming to AHS for the last year, always in store, and have never had a bad experience. In fact your guys have stepped up to help, provide ideas and alternatives, and just good brewing advice. You're employees are well educated in brewing and friendly as hell. I will always be a patron of AHS and know that I will be taken care of with any questions or supplies. Thanks for having a great shop Forrest!!
