To all,
Saw an interest in Concical fermenters.
May have the ability to get the units shown in the attached pic.
QUESTION:
What is the most desirable capaicty for you all?

7 gallon would probably be the best seller.

I agree... 7 gallons would be ideal for single batches, however a nice 12-14 gallon would be great for doubles...

I would say 14. If you going to spend the money for a conical why not buy one that will be able to hold 10 gallon batches?

I've said that before, and now I want to upgrade my equipment for 10G batches.

Edit: To answer the original question, 7G would be the best bet.

I'd agree with this. With the other vendors that sell them the price difference between a 7 and a 12-14 is so small I can't imagine buying the smaller one.
