Tom, thanks for putting this out there! I've wondered why there wasn't a solid resource in one place like this, I'm glad you made this! Also it was good to meet you at GABF

I'm still way early in the research phase of this, but my pipedream is to get maybe a 1 or 2 BBL system set-up with full automation through a web browser so that I can start a brew day while still at my day job. Hoping that I could only sell growlers and bottles out of the brewery in order to raise enough cash to move on to a 10-15 BBL system. For the time being, I will enjoy my 3 keg system and continue on with my mundane job...
Hey joenads. I'm also in Summerville and have some of the same ideas in mind for my brewing future. I've been researching the SC Code of Regulations and info on TTB for two different potential startups. PM me and maybe we can share ideas over a beer sometime, just a thought.

Got my book today...read it cover to cover already good read....very well put together and gave me some ideas to consider if I were to make a dream come reality...best part of the book were the Q and A with the different small breweries

Recommend to anyone that has given it a thought

As a dreamer, I think I might pick this book up! Sounds like it'll also speak to my very practical (my wife calls negative!) side.
