Default Benefit at AHS this Saturday - Please help.

Austin Homebrew Supply is having a benefit for Patrick Orion Fierro, a relative of a store employee, from noon to 6 pm Saturday, Aug 23.

Patrick, 9, who will be in fifth grade at Dawson Elementary School this fall, was diagnosed with an abnormal collection of blood vessels on his brain stem, leading to emergency surgery and a long rehab. Now he and his family are facing a daunting pile of medical bills. To help out, we are donating 10 percent of all sales this Saturday to his recovery fund.

Three bands will provide tunes, and there will be food and refreshments. If you brew, this is a golden opportunity to pick up ingredients for your next batch and do a good thing at the same time. You can follow Patrick's progress and donate at orionfierro.blogspot.com or orionandmatt.blogspot.com.

Spread the word.
Forrest

Just place an order on Saturday and 10% of the sales for the day, online and instore, will go to help pay medical bills.

I will gladly postpone the order I was about to place for this. Thanks for the heads up.

I'll be sure to order my next round of kits on that day. Hope all turns out well.
