That's great to know. I was actually assuming (which is never a good thing to do) that they were the same price either way but that dealing directly with them would just make for a simpler transaction. That being said, I have been 100% satisfied with Austin Homebrew up to this point and I would trust you to work out any problems that might arise before I would trust a company I have never dealt with. That, and it is always nice to support a home brew store that helps to advance our hobby not only through their products but through their presence on these forums.

I definitely agree with the lowest possible price crowd. A mill tends to be something that you buy "later" in your homebrewing career, and there shouldn't be a need to get it yesterday. I think waiting a few extra days to save $$$ is not a hardship.
Expecting my first AHBS shipment from youse guys tomorrow. Very fast BTW!!!

I would love the option to pay a little extra to get it quicker (just given my location). But, it's kind of like order a Blichmann product... have people ever complained about the lag time for that? I know I got mine fairly quickly.

Still not the cheapest, tho - BeerSmith has been selling 'em for $109.95 for the 7lb and $132.95 for the 15lb for a "limited time" (the limited time's been over a year, now). BUT, their shipping is $21.95, AND it's best to buy from a HBT supporter.

Our price is $124.99 and $144.99 with free shipping so you save $6.91 or $9.91 with us. Austin Homebrew is also a HBT supporter.

"Good"
"Fast"
"Cheap"
Pick two.
I vote for both options. If i really NEED it, I'll pay for the extra cash. If it an wait I'll save some dough for something else. Also known as 'maybe I should pick up a couple spare disconnects and a few PRV's while I'm shopping.' So you're getting my $ either way!

I deal with a large electronic parts supply house regularly. On the bottom of their checkout sheet is a box for a expedited processing fee with the fee clearly stated. Maybe do something like that as an option.
