I was actually looking at grabbing one of those economy stainless steel stock pots... and now it looks like i will!

While it's on sale, I would recommend the aluminum core pots. I have one and see a noticable difference in my brew days. Everything heats faster, boils are easier to maintain and my brewday just seems to go more smoothly.

Great timing, I was just about to shop around for one of those double blast Fermtech bottle washers and some misc. stuff. I'll probably also pick up some of that organic DME.

I'm looking for a 40 quart (or so...maybe 60 qt) brew kettle, nothing fancy. I'll wait until Saturday and see what comes up.
