I've been on the list since July 10th, sent a follow-up inquiry three weeks ago with no response...
Starting to wonder if customer service is going to meet the same delays...

Hope my dates help a few of you out on where you may be on the list.

Just give them a call, they are busy quite a bit of the time. Ask for Tyler.

+ 1 on calling them. I too felt the same frustrations. Once I called Tyler he explained that he handled all email submissions and another employee was working the HBT thread. This was what caused the confusion with mine. Once we got it sorted out, they took care of me and I couldn't be happier.

I've been using this for a few weeks, and its one of the best homebrewing investments I've made. Any news on the 10 lb hopper extension?

I got mine a month ago and used it last weekend brewing a pumpkin ale. Great Mill. I am very happy with it and glad it was worth the wait!

I called today. They just got a shipment in recently, so I ordered one. It should be mailing out tomorrow!
