Default 7 lb Steel CO2 Tanks are Back! $25.95 each!

Beverage Elements

Reconditioned 7 lb Steel CO2 Tank

Best value in CO2 storage!

2015 psi service pressure. High strength steel. Holds 7 lbs of CO2. Includes new CGA 320 valve. Finished with a rust resistant grey paint and a white dome. Flat bottom, re-certified with fresh hydro-test date within 6 months but more typically 60 - 90 days.

Measures 4" diameter x 29 3/4" tall with valve. Siphon tubes can not be installed into this particular tank.

Ships empty you must have filled - because it's an odd size for CO2 some fillers have had questions in the past. This tank is perfectly suited and safe for CO2 use. The DOT cylinder service center we work with is one of the best in the country and stands behind each tank. We have been able to get every tank questioned filled because we know compressed gas and this tank ROCKS! Previously used with oxygen the cylinder has additional markings on the dome which sometimes confuses fillers - we follow all DOT guidelines and some require certain markings be left on the cylinders. The certification is stamped on the neck of the tank.

Cool! Cheap, effective and will probably fit nicely between a keg and the corner of the keezer/fridge.

I might get one.

I do. Haven't used it yet though. I'm just now having it filled today. It's a pretty good deal. I bought it after seeing all the Black Friday deals some vendors were offering. I was able to buy this tank and some keg lube for the same price it would've cost for only a 4 lb tank by itself from a different vendor who was offering a Black Friday deal. So it was a no brainer which was the best deal. I've been more than happy with my orders from Beverage Elements!

Posting here to remind me in a month you also have the Nitrogen tanks in the same size. If I don't find one locally at that price.

What is a siphon tube and what does it do for a kegging system?

Any pictures of these things in use?

I am trying to get a good deal for a CO2 tank, and this seems like the best bargain. I have 3 kegs and am starting to get the supplies for a keg setup, but am avoiding jumping the gun until I learn what all I need for my setup.

If hooking up to a regulator, will it make this any taller? It is taller than corny kegs from the dimensions I have seen. Probably going with a chest freezer for keg setup.

I'm sure if you attach the regulator sideways it won't be taller than the tank. The dip tube isn't needed for beer use. It's used to dispense liquid co2
