Those were good photos

another thing we spend a lot of time on is instructional videos including basic brewing techniques so those types of things also have a good chance at being utilized.

Here is my current build up . It's a 40 plate chiller with an integrated air pump/airstone for injecting air into the wort as it passes through. My plan is to add an additonal 30 or 40 plate chiller to the other side of the platform as soon as you have them back in stock. I want to be able to pass the wort at full speed through the first chiller, drawing most of the heat away, and the second chiller will drop it to pitching temp. both will have an independant water feed supply tee'd from main supply, so water feed temps will be equal. I tried using my old copper immersion chiller frozen inside an ice block to pass the feedwater through, and did not get the results expected.

You got it - just remember it is a custom kegging kit and not a keezer kit so we will probably handle payment manually

It has been almost a month since we have had any brewing photos or videos submitted. Remember this "contest" is still going and we will pull promotional material on an "as needed" basis. I would think everyone would be brewing this time of year and we would love some action shots.- Jeff
