Yes definitely, there are a few ways to do it.
The easiest way to do it is...... just hook the uncarbonated keg up and let it force carb over five days at the same pressure you are using to serve the carbonated keg.
If you are going to do a higher pressure force carb over a shorter time (2 days) then leave both kegs hooked up but turn off the gas to the keg that you have that is already carbonated - it doesn't hurt it not to have gas to it - and it will only go down if you are drinking on it. If you need to get more gas on the first keg because you have been drinking more than a few beers then simply turn the co2 pressure back down to the original pressure you had it at then turn the gas back on (it is ok for the carbonating keg to be at this lower pressure too) when you are done turn the gas off to to keg that is good and crank the pressure back up to the carbonating side - with a large hand adjustment like we have it is really easy to go back and forth. As long as you don't over carbonate your keg using a pressure that is too high then this process should be very forgiving.
